Lurking AGV (LMR) Handling Robot

  • Detection Area: In this area, when the AGV detects an obstacle, it will flash a yellow light as a warning but will continue to move.
  • Deceleration Area: In this area, when the AGV detects an obstacle, it will begin to slow down.
  • Stop Area: In this area, when the AGV detects an obstacle, it will initiate an emergency stop.

Charging Pile

Charging Pile Functionality:

  1. Autonomous Charging for AGV:
  • Battery level between 70%-100%: AGV will continue operating without charging.

  • Battery level between 30%-70%: AGV will charge during idle time and will automatically stop charging to perform tasks when needed.

  • Battery level below 30%: Charging will begin after the current task is completed. The AGV will only resume tasks once the battery is above 30%.

Note: The above thresholds can be adjusted based on actual requirements.

   2. Basic Requirements for AGV Charging Pile Installation:

  • Voltage: 220V AC; Power: Approximately 3500W

  • Socket: L+N+PE 10A socket (standard household three-prong socket)

  • Additional Equipment: The charging pile requires a separate 25A or higher circuit breaker or fuse.

  • Installation Space: A 30cm maintenance space should be left at the back during installation.

  • Installation Method: Use M8 anchor bolts for installation (4 points).
