Stacker Crane Warehouse Configuration Introduction

Modular Structure Features

  • The main components of the stacker machine structure are: upper track, column, lower track, cargo platform, and operating table.
  • he functional supporting parts include: control cabinet, anti-falling system, overhead track, ground track, maintenance platform, and safety ladder.
  • Most stacker machines have similar structures, and their components are essentially the same. Therefore, a standardized modular approach is adopted, where different parameters of the product are formed by selecting and combining modules.

  • The establishment of standardization significantly improves the manufacturing efficiency of a stacker machine. It accelerates the drawing process at the design stage, reduces error rates during manufacturing, simplifies assembly, and enhances the stability of the equipment’s performance.

Additionally, the high interchangeability of parts helps improve the speed of customer service response.

Safety Rope Switch Function Explanation Inside the Warehouse

Safety Rope Function Explanation

  • When personnel inside the warehouse encounter equipment movement, they can pull the steel wire rope to trigger the switch signal and interrupt the equipment operation.

  • It can be divided into multiple sets of operations based on the length of the shelf.

  • Composed of 2 sets of limit switches and fine steel wire ropes.

Stacker Crane Fire Safety Configuration Introduction

Wheel Box Description

  • Standard temperature warehouse running wheel material: VULKOLLAN

  • High-temperature warehouse running wheel material: PA12G

  • Operating temperature range: -30 °C to 90 °C

  • Standard specifications for easy maintenance and replacement

  • Lower running wheels are processed by a gantry milling machine, ensuring the parallel alignment of the wheel box interfaces on both sides for smooth operation

3. Safety edge

4. Safety clamp
5. Belt break detection

6. Speed limiter
7. Lifting laser distance measurement

Wheelbox replacement instructions

Wheel Box Replacement Instructions

  1. Loosen the gearbox tightening sleeve to disconnect the drive shaft from the gearbox.

  2. Use a fixture screw to push out the drive shaft and remove it.

  3. Remove the torque arm shaft and the guide wheel assembly.

  4. Remove the wheelbox.

The ground track of the electrode stacker machine in the electrode warehouse is explained as follows:

  • The ground track uses high-strength aluminum alloy rails.

  • The track joints are bevel-cut and spliced.

  • In addition to the beveled joints, connecting plates are designed to fix and connect them.

  • The power supply and connecting wires are wired.

  • Wires are protected by a movable drag chain.

  • Low-friction plastic is installed at the contact points between the drag chain track and the drag chain to reduce dust generation.

  • Dead stops are installed at both ends of the stroke to prevent overshooting.
